フェディバース・プロジェクトとは、フェディバースを構成する、異なるソフトウェアです。多くは有名なソーシャルメディアプラットフォームの代替です。
マストドンとは

マストドン (Mastodon) はマイクロブログのプラットフォームで、Twitterに似ています。
マイクロブログとは、短い (マイクロな) 投稿を特徴とするブログで、画像と動画を投稿することもできます。たいていマストドンでは投稿の字数は500字に制限されています。
Misskey

Misskey is another microblogging service like Twitter and Mastodon.
It has a different design and different limits than Mastodon and Pleroma.

Pleromaはもう一つのマイクロブログのプラットフォームで、Twitterとマストドンに似ています。
