Anyone can upload music if it is under a license that allows sharing or the uploader owns the copyright. I love the idea and design, but like Peertube it just doesn't have a lot of content yet.  

- ❗️Unfortunately the rest of the sites I like all have various Google trackers. There is <img src="https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/98/Free-music-archive.jpg" height="16"/> **[Free Music Archive](https://www.freemusicarchive.org/)** (FMA) which only stores freely licensed music and you can filter the catalogue by license.
