Message definition (What is Zap?)

It was somewhat similar to {{Internal link |target=What is Hubzilla? |link-name=Hubzilla}}, but slimmed down a lot. It didn't have nearly as many external connections anymore, and early in its experimental phase, it didn't have any. In comparison with Hubzilla, it had some UI improvements.
