You may be interested in the RapidBlock Project, [https://rapidblock.org/ rapidblock.org]. At the moment it's just me, but my long-term goal is to create a self-sustaining project independent of myself. The [https://rapidblock.org/blocklist.json public blocklist] is in JSON format; it's built from a database that contains additional private fields, most importantly the original reporter, receipts, and private notes for other moderators (once the project has some). The privacy of the reporter/receipts/notes is so that admins whose instances are blocked can't just start a new instance to target harassment at the person who got their instance blocked. I imagine that there is a lot of room for this effort and RapidBlock to have a fruitful exchange of information. | |||
