Los proyectos en el Fediverso son los distintos softwares producidos para que el Fediverso funcione. Muchos de ellos son mejor conocidos como plataformas de redes sociales.
¿Qué es Mastodon?

Mastodon es una plataforma de microblogging parecida a Twitter.
Microblogging significa que tienes un blog donde puedes escribir (micro) publicaciones, las cuales pueden incluir imágenes o videos. Usualmente, el límite de caracteres en Mastodon es de 500 caracteres.
