No links to English version

When I view the non-English version of a page there is no link to go to the English version, just the text 'English' in bold. — rjt (talk) 09:23, 31 January 2022 (CET)

In addition, If I'm on a non-English page, all links are shown in red even if the page they should point to exists. It looks to me like {{ROOTPAGENAME}} is the problem. It means that EG on the JA version the link to the IT version will be 'pagename'/ja/it.

Was this working before? Seems a few things are broken. Looks like a server move, and/or a regression in the config file. Maybe / pages are disabled.
